Crossfoot’s AI does the accounting legwork: receipts attached, transactions categorized, sales booked, and your books checked and reconciled with the bank every day. It learns from your past books, asks when it isn’t sure, and gets sharper with every answer.
Try it for $20 your first month ($10 for long-term rentals). Not for you? Cancel within 30 days and we refund it.
“I built Crossfoot to run the books for my own deodorant brand: receipts matched, transactions sorted and sales tax tracked and ready to file, all on their own. Now my time goes into growing the business, not bookkeeping and compliance.” Amir Naviwala, founder
Every day, without you lifting a finger. You step in only where Crossfoot needs your say.
You get your own receipt address. Forward a receipt or bill, or set your email to do it, and when the charge shows up in your bank, the receipt is already attached to it.
Every new bank and card line is coded from your own chart, your rules and your old books. Upload the general ledger from QuickBooks or Xero and Crossfoot picks up where it left off. Only what it can’t place waits for you.
Type a question the way you’d say it. Crossfoot AI looks it up and answers with the date, the amount and where it’s filed. Ask for a change, and it shows you first.
Shopify and Walmart sales, fees and payouts arrive on their own and match your deposits, and Amazon settlement reports book in one upload. Short-term rentals: Hospitable and Stripe bookings by property.
Crossfoot follows your sales in every state against that state’s economic-nexus threshold, tells you when you’re getting close or have crossed it, and keeps the tax you collected, paid and still owe for each return, with the figures ready to file. For e-commerce businesses, and included in the price, not an add-on.
Books that match the bank daily, and a month-end check with one stop per step and a board that says what’s next, until it reads “October is done.”
Stuck on something, or want a clean-up? Message Crossfoot from inside your books, and a person behind the software will help.
Note: Crossfoot is not a CPA firm and holds no CPA licence. It does not provide audit, review or other attest services, or tax advice.
Every section is its own line in its own colour, so you always know where you are.
Four stops, and your books run from there.
Read-only, through Plaid. Transactions come in daily.
Your store or booking platform, with your own keys.
Your history and your chart of accounts, brought in and kept.
To your receipt address, as they come or automatically.
Three things most bookkeeping software doesn’t have.
Claude reads every receipt and codes every bank line from your own chart, your old books and your rules. What it can’t place, it leaves for you with its best reading filled in.
Your own address at Crossfoot. Forward an email, or have your mail forward it, and the receipt is pulled out of the email, read, and filed on the charge it belongs to. Bills and statements too.
Read-only connections through Plaid and restricted keys, so nothing attached to Crossfoot can move money. Two-step sign-in, every business in its own database, keys encrypted the moment they arrive, and an AI service that never trains on your data. The plain-language version lives inside your books: “Is my data safe?”
Everything above is included. Cancel any time, no contract. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

I’m Amir Naviwala, a former accountant, now a business owner. In 2026 I launched a deodorant brand, Hurriyah, and running it left no time for its books. The books were a mess: receipts unmatched, expenses uncategorized, sales tax returns late, nothing reconciled for months. I was judging the business from memory, which gets dangerous as a business grows. So I built Crossfoot to keep the books itself: receipts matched, transactions coded, sales by channel, inventory and sales tax detail ready when they’re due. Now I run my businesses on real numbers and spend my time on them, not on the bookkeeping. Questions: hello@usecrossfoot.com.
